Litigation
When lettering and telephone collection fails to secure payment ccscollect has an established strategic partnership with a major law firm; DWF LLP. Every month we issue over 10,000 cases to our legal partners to assist us with the debts recovery. If court action is taken, judgment obtained, and the debt still remains outstanding, The Sheriffs Office will be instructed to enforce judgment.
