Field Support Services

The Field Support Service has many facets, and is implemented when a more persistent approach is required:

  • Personal call to collect your money, when letters and telephone calls fail.
  • Completion of a financial profile with the customer, to establish what he can realistically afford.
  • Negotiation of disputes and agreement of discounts (in consultation with you).
  • Disconnection of services.

For anything that requires ‘person to person’ contact, ccscollect can help. All activities are conducted fully in accordance with current legislation and data protection requirements, ensuring the most effective personal approach is undertaken on your behalf.

Litigation

Never undertaken without your consent and generally only recommended after a screening or profiling process. Typically, if the full ccscollect office and field effort is unsuccessful, only about 5% of the remaining cases are suitable. Your costs are largely recoverable in a successful action. more »
