The Early Years
Established in 1975 CCSCollect began trading as a London based debt collection agency.
The 1980's
CCSCollect grew through acquisition to provide debt collection and speciality tracing services throughout the UK.
The 1990's
Predictive Dialler, ACD, and UNIX mainframe system installed. Awarded ISO9002 Quality Accreditation.
Post Millennium

| 2006 | E´ solutions launched including Web and IVR payment options, paperless direct debit and Paypoint |
| 2007 | CCSCollect is launched as the ultimate expression of our purpose and success |
| 2008 | Cutting edge Fathom Caseflow collection system installed |
| 2009 | Awarded ISO9001:2008 Quality Accreditation |
| 2010 | New Avaya telephone platform, switch and Vocalcom predictive dialler. Computer hardware upgrade including servers and PC's |
| 2011 | Awarded Collector Accreditation Status via the Credit Services Association Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) |
| 2012 | Awarded ISO: 27001 Information Security |
